1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:
- The license key delivered to you is invalid or not working.
- You received a product different from what you ordered.
- The activation code was not delivered to your email within the specified time.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
Refunds will not be provided if the product has already been activated or used.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds cannot be issued for the following cases:
- Customer changed their mind after purchase.
- Incorrect email provided by the customer during checkout.
- Product was successfully activated using the delivered key.
- Refund requested after the software validity has started.
3. Refund Request Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the license key. Requests submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Providing Proof
To process your refund smoothly, customers may be required to provide:
- A screenshot or screen recording showing the error message.
- Order ID, payment receipt, and registered email address.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once the license key or activation code has been issued. Cancellation is only possible before delivery of the digital product.
